How do I order exhibitor badges?
LiveBuzz, our registration company will send a welcome email giving access to the Exhibitor Registration Hub. Exhibitors are able to order badges through the hub as well as other services.
When is the deadline to order my exhibitor badges?
We recommend ordering badges at least 2 weeks in advance of the exhibition to ensure that all staff have badges in good time, however badges are able to be organised onsite at the exhibition if need be. Please note that badges should be for exhibiting staff only and not for visitors/visiting guests.
Where can I order the smartscan app?
Smartscan can be ordered through the Exhibitor Registration Hub.
I am a shell scheme exhibitor, can I arrive before 2.00pm on build up?
Your stand will be ready only from 2.00pm onwards on the build day so it is not possible to access the site in advance of this time.
Do I need to wear a hi-vis jacket onsite?
For shell scheme exhibitors, hi-vis is required when loading and unloading vehicles in the car park only (as the show will be built once access is permitted at 2.00pm). For site only exhibitors, hi-vis is required until 2.00pm in the hall during show build, as well as when loading and unloading vehicles.
I am only bringing a couple of things for my stand; can I arrive on show open morning to set up my stand?
You are able to set up your stand up between 8.00am – 9.30am on the show open morning. Your stand must be ready and all aisles clear by 9.30am.
Is there free WiFi available at the venue?
Yes, however please note this is for the checking and accessing of emails only. Should you require a stable full time connection for websites or online ordering (for example) whilst at the Show, we would advise that you order a hard wired line through the venue.
