Visiting Regulations

Seminars

The organisers contract with celebrity presenters to attend the show and to give free seminars at certain times during the day as detailed in the show catalogue and on the official show website. No gaurantee of appearance is given by the organisers and times and the presenters advertised are subject to change without prior notice, or not to appear if circumstances outside the control of the show organiser occure.

Refreshments / food

The organisers provide a free bacon butty breakfast to bona-fide show visitors up to 11.00am on the show open day, but this is always subject to availability and no gaurantee is given that based on certain circumstances this arrangement may be curtailed or cancelled at the absolute discretion of the organiser. The organisers may also provide a free light lunch with a choice of tea or coffee to bona-fide visitors who are either group travel organisers or coach operators, this also includes show exhibitors and their associates and staff. The organisers reserve the right to curtail or cancell this free facility without prior notice at its absolute discretion. In addition, paid food and beverage facilities are available during the show open period.

Canvassing

Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised persons is strictly prohibited, and in any such case the right of expulsion will be exercised immediately. The distribution or display of printed or other placards, hand bills or circulars, or magazines, except by exhibitors on their own stands is prohibited. Third party materials are not to be circulated at the show without the prior written permission of the Organisers.

Re-producing

No object exhibited may be drawn, copied or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the written consent of the exhibitors concerned and the show organisers.

Press

Accredited press or media visiting the show must go to the Organisers office upon entering the exhibition floor to sign in and collect any materials. You must obtain permission from the Organisers before taking photographs or video footage within the exhibition hall. Members of the press or media who have not received accreditation will be asked to provide a business card and proof of ID should they wish to enter the show. Please note that only bona fide editorial personnel will be allowed access to the exhibition and media sales representatives are not allowed in to the show.

Photography / Filming

Please note that photographs and videos will be taken at this event for publicity purposes which may be used either during the event or over the post-event period. By attending this event as either a visitor, exhibitor or contractor, or in any other capacity, consent to use any images of attendees for promotional purposes by Yandell Media Group’s is implied. Such promotional use may include magazines, promotion literature, advertising, galleries, video coverage, social media, websites and poster artwork, and any other medium deemed appropriate by the organisers. Note: you are able to contact Yandell Media Group or YPL Exhibitions & Events in writing to withdraw your consent at any time.

Student policy

Although teaching staff are allowed access into the show, following post show feedback we do not permit students to attend.

Data Protection

Information submitted to the Organiser, including any individual’s name, will be kept on computer and may be used for the purposes registered under the General Data Protection Regulations.

During your visit to Group Leisure & Travel Show, you may be scanned by one or more exhibitors. By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, you consent to us sharing your data with that exhibitor.

No smoking

Please note that this exhibition is a non-smoking event and no smoking will be allowed on stands or within the aisles and seating areas or at the show entrance. Those wishing to smoke must do so only within a permitted area. Thank you for your co-operation.

Car Parking

S1 parking has been allocated to visitors arriving by car and using the carpark during the period of the exhibition and is free of charge. However, please note you will be required to enter your car registration on iPads located inside the venue to avoid any parking charges.
