Construction, Design & Management (CDM) Regulations statement:
I accept my responsibilities that as an exhibitor of the Group Leisure & Travel Show, under the CDM regulations, I must ensure that my participation at an event is carried out safely. I confirm that I have read the GLTS organisers’ site rules and accept that it is my responsibility to advise my contractors, staff, employees and other persons that I am responsible for, of these site rules. If I am a site only exhibitor I accept that I must appoint a competent contractor and ensure construction work is carried out safely and welfare requirements are complied with.

Acknowledgement*

It is a requirement that every exhibitor has the required insurance cover in place for public liability and for employers liability whilst at the show.

Exhibitor insurance declaration statement:
I accept my responsibilities as an exhibitor that it is a condition of our participation in the Group Leisure & Travel Show, that we will effect and maintain with an insurance company of repute during the exhibition, a policy of employers liability insurance of not less than £5million and a policy of public liability insurance of not less than £2million in respect of damage or injury caused by the negligence of us, the exhibitor, our employees, servants, agents or our sub-licencees/contractors in connection with our exhibiting participation at the exhibition.

Our official stand build contractors contractors, Index will construct the shell scheme stand build for those exhibitors who have booked shell scheme stands. Should exhibitors appoint different contractors to build their stands, we, the organisers, MUST be informed and advised who the contractor is to request further information in order to allow entry to the hall.

Hall access - build and breakdown: exhibitor and contractor personnel:

Security will admit exhibitor/contractor personnel into the hall via exhibitor badge checks.

We recommend that exhibitors wear their exhibitor badges during build, open and breakdown periods (as the badge will grant access throughout all show periods).

Wristbands are not valid during open periods but should be issued to contractors/personnel whom are only attending during build or breakdown periods to allow access into the hall in order to build or breakdown your stand.

Access passes: Build and breakdown period - Couriers:

If you intend to have a courier(s) deliver items to your stand, please note that they MUST know both the exhibitor name and the stand number or they may not be admitted.

This is in place due to security measures required by both the Organisers and the Venue.
