The video review of the Group Leisure & Travel Show 2017 is now live, showcasing highlights of the event, with comments from exhibitors, visitors, celebrity speakers and organisers.

The Group Leisure & Travel Show experienced another triumphant year at the NEC, with group travel organisers complimenting the range and scope of the event. Exhibitors were impressed by the quality of visitors to the show and the level of serious enquiries made throughout the day.

The exhibition saw throngs of visitors coming through the doors of Hall 18 to meet and network with over 200 exhibitors. The show was moved to a bigger hall this year to accommodate an increase in the number of exhibitors.

GTOs were able to meet and chat to exhibitors from destinations, accommodation providers, and tour operators, attractions, ticketing agencies, stately homes, cruise companies and shopping centres. Deals were done, dates were penned into diaries and GTOs walked away with inspiration for at least another year of group trips and holidays.

The video below shows some of the feedback from many of those who attended, as visitors and exhibitors. It also gives those who weren’t able to make it an insight into how successful the GLTS proved to be.

Looking ahead to GLTS 2018

Following another successful event, the organisers of the show have confirmed that a number of exhibitors have already booked stands for next year, when the event will move to Hall 19 at the NEC in Birmingham. The Group Leisure & Travel Show 2018 will take place on 11th October next year.

Exhibition sales manager Sharon Yandell said: “The show exceeded all expectations this year and the feedback from exhibitors and visitors has been phenomenal.

“We have already had bookings from a number of exhibitors for next year’s event so if you’re interested, now’s the time to get the position you want.”
