Heading to the Group Leisure & Travel Show this year? If not, why not? We round up some of the reasons why group organisers can benefit from visiting.

1. It’s free

The exhibition is free to enter, so there is literally nothing holding you back. All you need to do is register by visiting our registry page – you can find it by clicking here.

2. Networking galore

The GLTS is a fantastic opportunity for you to meet the people you have organised trips with before, those you’d like to meet and those you may not have met before. Putting a face to a name is a huge help, especially when it comes to organising a trip. Come along and you’ll be able to chat with travel experts and operators who all want to put you and your group first. If you want to see who will be exhibiting before you go, take a read of our exhibitors list here.

3. Book trips

You’ll be able to book trips whilst you’re there, with face to face interaction, organising and reassurance, meaning you can walk out at the end of the day feeling like a weight has been lifted and your group can begin the countdown until your next adventure.

4. Seminars from experts

Not only will you have the chance to meet exhibitors, but the show will also be hosting some famous names in the travel industry. Visit our Seminar, which is completely free, to watch TV personality Gyles Brandreth, travel expert Simon Calder and gardening and television presenter Carol Klein, give talks on their areas of expertise.

Enjoy our free Seminar Programme.

5. Spot fun things

Every stand will be different and will be promoting its own brand, but you’ll also spot some fun activities and perks when wandering round, such as games, competitions and demonstrations. Last year’s event saw an adorable St Bernard dog, mocktails, a bowling alley and a Smurf mascot.

6. Meet fellow GTOs

Isn’t it great when you meet someone who likes the same things you do? Well at the GLTS you’ll meet plenty of like-minded group travel organisers who you can share your stories with, exchange tips and build friendships with.

7. Say hello to the Group Leisure & Travel team

Group Leisure & Travel magazine will have a stand at the show and we welcome and encourage as many of you as possible to come and say hello. The team would love to hear your feedback and your group travel experiences, and you could even get featured in a future edition of the magazine.

8. Discounted travel

Those travelling to the NEC via train can benefit from discounted virgin train fares. You can find out more about this offer here.
